1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day refund period for personalised planning services and product purchases. Refunds are available if:
- The request is made within 14 days of purchase
- The service or product has not been substantially used or delivered
- You are not satisfied with the educational framework or material provided
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Consultation sessions that have been completed
- Custom planning frameworks delivered and implemented
- Digital materials downloaded and accessed
- Services provided beyond the 14-day window
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase with:
- Your order or consultation reference number
- Reason for the refund request
- Original payment method for refund processing

4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banking institutions may take an additional 2–3 business days to appear in your account.
5. Partial Refunds
If you have partially used our services or materials, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, calculated based on value delivered.
6. Cancellation of Booked Sessions
Consultation sessions may be cancelled with the following notice:
- More than 48 hours before session: Full refund
- 24–48 hours before session: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before session: No refund
7. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate your requested date within 30 days of the original booking with no additional charge.
8. Course and Program Refunds
For multi-session programs or courses:
- Cancellation before the first session: Full refund
- Cancellation after commencement: Refund for remaining sessions only
- Completion certificate not issued if fewer than 80% of sessions are attended
9. Payment Method and Disputes
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us or dispute the transaction with your payment provider.
10. Exceptional Circumstances
In circumstances beyond reasonable control (illness, emergency, or force majeure), we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to offer rescheduling or partial refunds.
11. No Refund for Cancellation by Youthdetoxelimin
If we cancel a scheduled session, you will be offered a full refund or alternative session at no charge. If we cancel your booking due to violation of our terms, no refund will be provided.
12. Third-Party Payment Processing
We use secure third-party payment processors. Refunds initiated by us may be subject to their processing timelines and policies.
